Job summary

DataLane is seeking a Process Intelligence Consultant to lead end-to-end process mining projects across client engagements in NL, DE, IT, delivering insights that drive measurable business value.

You’ll work with cross-border teams, model event data, and translate client goals into clear project directions, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Hybrid setup with office in Vught and client sites; competitive salary 60–85K plus yearly bonus and pension.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in consulting, process intelligence or operations.
• SQL and event-log data modelling.
• Fluent English; Dutch, German or Italian a plus.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate data into real business value.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of process mining projects within scope, timeline and budget.
• Act as the main client contact, managing expectations and building strong relationships.
• Model event data and build analyses that show how a process runs.
• Translate client goals and long-term vision into a clear project direction.
• Turn analyses into concrete improvements and measurable value realisation.
• Spot opportunities to deepen and expand client engagements.
• Apply and safeguard the DataLane way of working and quality standards.
• Coach consultants around you so the whole team delivers at the same level.
