Job summary

The Process Innovation Lead Analyst at LyondellBasellis in Rotterdam will design and maintain data pipelines and models to deliver process mining insights via Celonis cloud. You will automate repetitive tasks using RPA, Alteryx and Power Automate and partner with CI teams to implement optimized processes across Finance and other functions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in process optimization and strong SQL, data modeling, and Celonis experience, plus SAP familiarity and excellent business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• SQL and data modeling skills required.
• Certifications in Celonis Data Engineering, Automation Anywhere, or similar preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in business processes optimization, data mining or Intelligent Automation.
• 2-4 years’ experience with SQL, Python, R, or VBA Power query.
• Experience with databases and SAP.
• Experience using Celonis, Alteryx, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere for data analytics.
• Familiar with VISIO, BPMN and cross-functional flowcharts.
• Languages: English; additional language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain data pipelines, models, and transformations for process mining insights.
• Automate repetitive manual processes using RPA, Alteryx and Power Automate.
• Develop custom reports and visualizations in Celonis to support decision-making.
• Ensure SAP security, roles, interfaces, and licenses for development.
• Collaborate with IT and CI teams to enable future state processes.
• Maintain technical documentation and runbooks for governance.
