Job summary

LyondellBasell Industries is seeking a Sr. Manager, SAP Functional, to lead global SAP operations from Rotterdam or an alternate site.

The role drives stability, optimization, and continuous improvement of core SAP modules, coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure service excellence. The candidate should bring 15+ years of leadership in SAP environments, deep knowledge of end-to-end processes, and a proven ability to align SAP initiatives with business objectives while

Qualifications

• 15+ years in high-transaction, services-oriented global business with strong leadership in applications management
• Experience leading SAP initiatives in outsourcing environments
• Proven ability to translate business needs into SAP configurations and improvements

Responsibilities

• Own SAP stability, optimization, and continuous improvement across core modules
• Lead cross-functional teams and AMS vendors to ensure service excellence
• Manage SLAs, KPIs, ITIL processes and disaster recovery testing
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of SAP initiatives and upgrades
• Drive cost efficiency, license optimization, and ROI across the SAP landscape
