Job summary

Apolix, based in Rotterdam, seeks a data-focused consultant to turn analytics into tangible client value. You will bridge IT and business to optimise processes with process mining, develop automated workflows and predictive models, and build compelling business cases for clients.

The role emphasizes continuous learning, exposure to Celonis/Signavio/Minit, and collaboration across teams in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English plus another language is required.

Qualifications

• Master in Econometrics/Computer Science/Business Administration/Economics/Mathematics or comparable degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in Data-Consulting with strong analytical skills.
• Excited about big data, predictive analysis, process mining and continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English and at least one other language (French, Dutch, or German).

Responsibilities

• Bridging the gap between IT and Business.
• Analysing large data sets to optimise business processes through process mining.
• Creating value for our clients by building automates workflows and predictive models.
• Building business cases and presenting them to our clients.
• Working in a constantly changing environment which is never boring.
• Receiving training in process mining (and getting certified!).
