Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support process and product transfers, embedding new ways of working.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional investigations on issues and performance gaps.
• Define, coordinate, and follow up CAPA to prevent recurrence.

• Initiate and coordinate improvements to processes, systems and behaviors.

Job Description

For this assignment, we are looking for anOperational Excellence Engineer to support the introduction of new processes and/or products and to drive measurable improvements across operations. The role combines hands‑on investigation work with project leadership, using Lean Six Sigma and change management principles to solve issues, prevent recurrence, and improve the way teams work.

Responsibilities

• Supportprocess and product transfers, helping to introduce and embed new ways of working.
• Lead and/or contribute tocross-functional investigationsrelated to issues, deviations, or performance gaps.
• Define, coordinate, and follow up oncorrective and preventive actions (CAPA)to prevent problems from returning.
• Identify and prioritizeprocess improvement opportunitiesin technical and business processes.
• Initiate and coordinate improvements toprocesses, systems, and behaviors, ensuring changes are adopted effectively.
• ApplyLean Six Sigmatools to drive data-based decisions and deliver sustainable improvements.
• Lead improvement projects, facilitatekaizen activities, and coach stakeholders/sponsors to ensure the right tools are used effectively.
• Work independently with moderate direction, acting as a knowledgeable partner to multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience inprocess engineering / process improvementin an operational environment.
• Strong track record inproblem solving, investigations, and CAPA.
• Practical experience withLean Six Sigmatools and continuous improvement methods (certification is a plus).
• Confidence inleading projectsand working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence others through change.
• Comfortable working in adata-drivenway and managing multiple priorities.
