Our mission is to drive innovation in optical communication, sensing, and quantum applications by delivering high-performance photonic solutions. As we expand our capabilities, we are seeking a Process Engineer to develop and execute advanced testing and characterization methodologies for our photonic devices.
As a Process Engineer, you will work hands-on in a cleanroom environment, developing and optimizing fabrication processes for Al₂O₃-based PICs. You will operate semiconductor processing tools, conduct in-line characterization, and ensure process consistency and reliability. The ideal candidate has experience in lithography, etching, and deposition, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize process performance. You will also be responsible for tracking process parameters, troubleshooting issues, and supporting process integration workflows.
