Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering or related technical discipline with 10+ years of experience, or a PhD with 4–7 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, specification, and lifecycle management of cell & genetic therapy process equipment and systems.
• Own major engineering workstreams from concept through validation and tech transfer.
• Mentor engineers and drive cross‑functional collaboration across Manufacturing, QA, and Validation.
