Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager for OT Systems & Automation at the Leiden Cell Therapy Manufacturing Facility. You will own and lead the OT/Automation program, including DeltaV, PAS, and related systems, guiding technical teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with global SMEs, drive continuous improvement, and support audits while delivering strategic automation solutions aligned with site and company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering IT, science or equivalent.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV, PLC/SCADA systems, Historian.
• Experience in project delivery and operations for Automation DCS, SCADA and historian systems.
• Experience in technical leadership and leading technical teams.
• Understanding of S88, S95 and DeltaV batch processing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT Systems and Automation group for Leiden CTF, PAS, and related systems.
• Act as owner during project delivery and operations for PAS/OT systems.
• Provide governance for OT System & Automation roadmaps and improvements.
• Drive standardization with global Automation SMEs for Leiden CTF.
• Support audits and ensure GxP compliance across OT/Automation.
