Indurex is building the world's first Engineering Intelligence Platform for Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS). As Principal AI Engineer, you will define the technical direction of Indurex's AI platform.

You'll lead the design and development of our proprietary AI models, multi-agent architecture, reasoning engines, and domain-specific foundation models for CPS. This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining AI research, software engineering, and product innovation.

Competenze

• 10+ years of software and AI/ML engineering in Python, including production systems.
• Deep experience designing, orchestrating, planning, and shipping multi-agent systems using modern frameworks.
• Strong AI engineering skills for LLM-powered apps with RAG, tool use, memory and eval harnesses.
• LLM training/adaptation with fine-tuning, LoRA/QLoRA, distillation; familiarity with Hugging Face.

Mansioni

• Own Indurex's AI technical direction and platform architecture decisions.
• Design and build domain-specific AI models hands-on for production readiness.
• Architect and implement the multi-agent system and knowledge graph.
• Develop ML capabilities to detect anomalies, predict failures, and trace root causes.
• Lead platform development across training, serving, evaluation, and observability.
• Set engineering standards and perform architecture reviews to ensure quality.
• Mentor and grow AI engineers and scale the team.
