Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Pricing & Business Analyst to turn pricing data into actionable recommendations that shape commercial decisions across EMEA. You will join a small Commercial Strategy team, blending data analysis with stakeholder engagement and driving adoption of pricing tools and processes.

Based in Maastricht with 3–4 days on site and 26 days of annual leave, the role requires strong Excel skills, experience with Power BI and programming languages (Python/R/SQL), and clear English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• 1–2 years of industry experience (or more).
• Experience with Power BI or programming languages such as Python, R or SQL.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent English communication skills; Dutch language skills not required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across regions and functions.

Turn complex pricing data into clear recommendations that influence commercial decisions across EMEA. This role combines hands-on analysis with meaningful collaboration across sales, contracting and strategic account teams.

Overview

As a Pricing & Business Analyst, you will support pricing optimisation and price uplift across key markets. You will work as part of a small Commercial Strategy team, balancing data analysis with stakeholder engagement and helping teams adopt effective pricing tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse pricing data, market trends and competitor benchmarks.
• Develop and maintain pricing models, master price lists and volume-based pricing strategies.

The role is based in Maastricht, with 3-4 days per week on site. The position includes 26 days of annual leave.
