Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking a Pricing Analyst to ensure accurate setup, maintenance and settlement of commercial agreements, connecting trade terms with financial data and reporting. You’ll play a key role in accruals, settlements, and the SAP S/4HANA transition while aligning trade terms with the pricing roadmap.

Ideal candidates have a business administration background, 2+ years in finance/data roles, and strong Excel/SAP skills. Collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Credit teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Experience translating business needs into data-driven insights.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance and Credit.
• Familiarity with pricing processes and internal control standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain commercial contracts and agreements in SAP, ensuring accruals are posted correctly.
• Initiate settlements for commercial conditions such as rebates and promotions.
• Harmonise pricing processes across divisions and support transition to SAP S/4HANA.
• Maintain contracts, settlements, and purchase orders; identify and correct inconsistencies with risk awareness.
