Job summary

At L'Oréal, the Pricing Analyst – Financial Data Management role involves setting up, maintaining and settling commercial agreements while supporting the SAP S/4HANA transition and aligning trade terms with the pricing roadmap.

You will collaborate across Sales, Finance and Credit to ensure accurate accruals and settlements, and contribute to data governance and process simplification within Benelux.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance, data management or customer care teams; entry-level considered.
• Technical proficiency in SAP and Excel; familiarity with AI tools.
• Analytical, data-driven with attention to detail; collaborative across teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain commercial contracts and agreements in SAP, ensuring accruals are posted correctly.
• Initiate settlements for commercial conditions (year-end rebates, promos).
• Track accruals, reconcile with settlements and retain evidence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Credit; align pricing with Group standards and SAP S/4HANA transition.
