Allianz Direct is seeking a junior/medior Pricing Analyst to build risk and demand models, set premiums, and drive profitable growth across European markets. The role is based in Rotterdam within a team of 14 focused on the Dutch non-life market, collaborating with analysts and actuaries to share best practices and scale data-driven methods.

You will work on developing models, pricing strategies, and new products, while communicating insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 0-6 years of experience in pricing, actuarial or analytics.
• MSc in econometrics, mathematics, data science or actuarial sciences.
• Solid knowledge of relevant statistical modeling methods and an interest in machine learning techniques.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python and SQL.
• Fluent English; Dutch is an advantage but not required.

Responsabilités

• Develop risk and demand models for Motor and Non-Motor products to optimize prices.
• Design and improve tooling to create tariffs and assess profitability.
• Develop, propose, and implement pricing strategies.
• Participate in development and implementation of new insurance products.
• Monitor product performance and market trends.
• Communicate results and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
