Allianz Direct in Rotterdam is seeking a junior/medior Pricing Analyst to build risk and demand models, set premiums, and drive profitable growth across European markets. You will join a 14-person Dutch non-life pricing team and collaborate with international analysts and actuaries.

The role offers a starting salary of €56,000 per year, a one-year contract with potential for permanent placement, 38 vacation days, and hybrid working from the Rotterdam office.

Qualifications

• 0–6 years of experience in pricing, actuarial or analytics.
• MSc in a relevant field such as econometrics, mathematics, data science or actuarial sciences.
• Solid knowledge of relevant statistical modelling methods and an interest in machine learning techniques.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python and SQL.

Responsabilités

• Develop risk and demand models for Motor and Non-Motor products to optimize commercial prices.
• Design and improve tooling to create tariffs and follow up on their profitability.
• Develop, propose, and implement pricing strategies.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new insurance products.
• Monitor product performance and market trends.
• Communicate results and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
