Job summary

NTS Eindhoven is seeking a skilled CNC Turner / Programmer to independently program, set up and operate a CNC turning or turning-milling machine. You will work with ultra-precise tolerances (0.01 mm to 5 μm) on small, complex series, selecting optimal approaches for various materials and products.

You’ll contribute from prototype to serial production for leading customers in Semicon, Industrial & Health, and Analytical markets, in a modern, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive practical experience as CNC Turner / Programmer.
• Experience with Okuma is a plus.
• Independently bring a product from prototype to series.
• Precise and independent work attitude.
• Good command of the Dutch language in speech and writing.

Responsibilities

• Independently programming, setting up, and operating a CNC turning machine and/or multi-tasking machine (turning-milling).
• Work with very high accuracies of 0.01 mm to 5 μm on small, complex series.
• Determine the right approach for various products and materials.
• Bring products from prototype to serial production.
• Work for leading customers in markets such as Semicon, Industrial & Health, and Analytical.
