Zusammenfassung

NTS Group in Drachten is seeking a skilled CNC Turner to operate and set up CNC lathes on the shop floor, turning small, high-precision parts in exotic materials with tight tolerances.

You will program TopSolid 7 or the machine control, prepare fixtures, check tools, and work in a compact four-person team across two shifts. English is required for drawings and instructions. Career progression towards programming or machining specialist roles is possible.

Qualifikationen

• MBO level 3/4 technical education in machining or mechanical engineering.
• Experience setting up, operating and programming CNC lathes independently.
• Experience with CAM programming, preferably TopSolid, and Fanuc/Siemens controls.
• Good command of English for drawings and work instructions.
• Willingness to work in 2 shifts (early and late).

Aufgaben

• Independently setting up, operating, and optimizing CNC lathes (Mikroturn Hembrug, Mori Seiki, Emco).
• Programming independently in TopSolid 7 or at the control (Fanuc or Siemens).
• Prepare fixtures, check tools, products and materials per drawings and work instructions.
• Turn compact one-offs and small series with micron-level precision.
• Monitor quality of own work and measure according to tight tolerances.
