Job summary

NTS Eindhoven – Precision Machining is seeking an experienced 5-axis CNC Miller to join a modern, automated production cell. You will be responsible for your machine, including robot loading, with 24/7 output aimed at ultra-precision components for the semiconductor and analytical industries.

You will set up and optimize 5-axis milling operations, read and interpret technical drawings, perform tool changes and offsets, and ensure measurements meet micron-level tolerances.

Qualifications

• Completed mbo in Machining or Metal Technology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Miller with 5-axis milling.
• Dutch language fluency required for reading drawings and communication.

Responsibilities

• Independently setting up, operating, and optimizing 5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Responsible for your own production cell including robot loading and 24/7 output.
• Performing tool changes, offsets, and process corrections for maximum accuracy.
• Checking and measuring products for tolerances down to the micron level.
• Identifying deviations and contributing to process optimization and continuous improvement.
