Job summary

HQ Pack is seeking an Operations Manager for Precision Cleaning to oversee operations across two sites in the Netherlands. You will ensure stable operations, build strong customer relationships, and drive continuous improvement of processes and performance in a technically complex environment.

You will maintain weekly contact with key customers such as ASML and lead escalations, coaching teams and fostering collaboration and ownership while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimizing daily operations across two locations
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships (including ASML)
• Monitoring and improving KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Customer Satisfaction)
• Driving continuous improvement and preventing processes from becoming stagnant
• Leading escalations and engaging in content-driven internal and customer discussions
• Coaching and developing teams and team leads
• Creating collaboration and ownership within the organization
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
