Job summary

APS Personeelservice zoekt een Precision Assembler voor een high-tech productieomgeving in Nederland. Je werkt aan de assemblage van kleine, precieze elektronische componenten en voert soldeerwerk, testen en inspectie uit met hoge aandacht voor kwaliteit.

Een structurele onboarding en trainingsbudget staan tot je beschikking. Je werkt in een team van circa 30 collega’s, met twee ploegen en een startloon van €3.182,- bruto per maand inclusief ploegentoeslag.

Qualifications

• Bezit interesse in elektronica productie.
• Graag leren over elektronische fabricage.
• Goede Engelse communicatie vereist en bereid tot tweeploegendienst.

Responsibilities

• Precisieaankoppelingen en assemblage van hoogprecisie elektronische producten.
• Solderen, testen en inspecteren van producten.
• Kwaliteitscontrole gedurende productieproces.
• Registreren van afwijkingen tijdens assemblage en testen.
• Volgen van technische werkinstructies en productienormen.
• Bijdragen aan de productie van geavanceerde elektronische technologieën.

Functieomschrijving Precision Assembler

Do you enjoy working with small, precise components and do you take pride in delivering high-quality work? As a Precision Assembler, you will play an important role in the production of advanced electronic products within a high-tech manufacturing environment. Your work involves assembling, soldering, testing, and inspecting electronic products, where accuracy and attention to detail are essential. You will be part of a team of around 30 colleagues and follow a structured onboarding program to help you get started successfully. To support your development, you'll have access to a personal training budget and an internal academy. You'll receive a starting gross monthly salary of € 3.182, including shift allowance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble complex electronic products with a high level of precision
• Perform soldering, testing, and inspection activities
• Verify product quality throughout the manufacturing process
• Detect and report deviations during assembly and testing
• Follow technical work instructions and manufacturing standards
• Contribute to the production of advanced electronic technologies

• Good communications skills in English and willingsness to work in a two-shift system

Aanbod

As a Technician, you’ll start with a gross monthly salary of € 3.182,- with higher compensation possible depending on your experience and level, which includes:

• A 14,4% shift allowance
• Two-shift schedule: 06:00 to 14:15 and 14:15 to 23:00

• A travel expense reimbursement of € 0,25 per kilometer applies
