In return for your contribution, you’ll receive a starting gross monthly salary of € 3.182,-, including shift allowance. You will develop step by step within the role, starting with basic assembly tasks and gradually moving towards more technical and complex work. As you gain experience, your responsibilities will increase, along with your salary. In the long term, this also creates opportunities to grow into roles such as testing or quality control.
