APS Personeelservice in Son en Breugel zoekt een Junior Assembly Technician. Je start technisch carrière in high-tech omgeving en wordt vanaf dag één intensief getraind door ervaren collega's. Je werkt aan modules, kasten en PCB’s en leert stap voor stap.

Het startsalaris bedraagt € 3.182,- bruto per maand inclusief shifttoeslag. Vanaf dag één ontvang je aantrekkelijke secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals een sportfaciliteit op locatie en lunch of diner in het moderne bedrijfsrestaurant.

Responsibilities

• Assembleer onderdelen zoals kabels, onderdelen, modules en kasten
• Volg duidelijke werkinstructies en basis technische tekeningen
• Voer eenvoudige kwaliteitscontroles en visuele inspecties uit
• Begin met kleine assemblagewerkzaamheden
• Werk toe naar complexere builds
• Werk in een net en gestructureerd omgeving binnen een team van ongeveer 30 collega's

Functieomschrijving Junior Assembly Technician

As a Junior Assembly Technician, you will work on innovative products such as modules, cabinets, and printed circuit boards (PCBs). No experience? No problem. You will learn everything on the job with the right support.

In return for your contribution, you’ll receive a starting gross monthly salary of € 3.182,-, including shift allowance. Your day starts with a short team check-in, after which you’ll start assembling products together with your buddy:

• Assemble components such as cables, parts, modules, and cabinets
• Follow clear work instructions and basic technical drawings
• Perform simple quality checks and visual inspections
• Start with small assembly tasks
• Grow towards more complex builds
• Work in a clean, structured environment within a team of around 30 colleagues

Functie-eisen Junior Assembly Technician

You will develop step by step within the role, starting with basic assembly tasks and gradually moving towards more technical and complex work. As you gain experience, your responsibilities will increase, along with your salary. In the long term, this also creates opportunities to grow into roles such as testing or quality control.

Aanbod

As a Junior Assembly Technician you’ll start with a gross monthly salary of€ 3.182,- which includes:

• A 14.4% shift allowance
• Two-shift schedule: 06:00 to 14:15 and 14:15 to 23:00

• A travel expense reimbursement of € 0,25 per kilometer applies
• Overtime is compensated at 125%
