Job summary

The European Cultural Foundation (ECF) in Amsterdam is seeking a Digital Communications Coordinator fluent in Dutch and English to join a small, agile team. You will create and upload content, monitor analytics, and help shape day-to-day online strategies while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

The role offers a 4-day workweek on a 1-year contract with extension potential, a monthly gross salary between 3150 and 4500 euros, 13th month pay, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital communications or marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Dutch.
• Experience in a non-profit or cultural organization.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Experience with content management systems, newsletters (MailChimp) and CRM databases.
• Experience with WordPress, Canva, Adobe or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and upload content on various websites.
• Monitor website analytics and social media traffic to grow audience.
• Draft internal and external reporting on digital communications data.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience through tracking tools.
• Contribute to newsletter writing and in audio/video editing.
• Stay updated on trends in digital communications.
• Maintain and optimize connected digital communications systems.
