Prodrive Technologies Power Conversion is seeking an experienced Operations leader to own end-to-end performance across the product lifecycle, from industrialization to customer delivery.

You will align demand, capacity, and costs, drive continuous improvement, and build a high-performing operations organization with clear ownership and accountability. The role emphasizes delivery on time, cost, quality, and scalable growth in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Operations, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing in tech environments.
• Proven ability to develop multidisciplinary teams and drive high performance.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, industrialization, and product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer and business requirements into actionable operational plans.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget production and delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end flow from industrialization to customer delivery; align demand and capacity.
• Monitor bottlenecks and drive structural improvements.
• Lead lifecycle management, cost optimization, and end-of-life transitions.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Build and mentor the Operations Organization within the Business Line.
• Set objectives, foster accountability, and own operational results.
