Job summary

TCC Global N.V. is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Data & Analytics team.

You will measure loyalty campaign ROI, analyze drivers of performance, and translate findings into clear business insights for commercial and operational decisions. You will work with Power BI, Azure ML, and AI tooling to build data pipelines and dashboards, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to improve campaign measurement and reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience in performance/campaign analysis and dashboard development.
• Strong SQL, Python, statistics, Power BI (DAX/data modelling) and cloud environments (Azure).
• Fluent English; able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Measure and analyze campaign performance and ROI; translate results into proof points.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Build and optimize data pipelines on Azure data platform.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations; participate in agile ceremonies.
