Job summary
TCC Global in Amsterdam is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Data & Analytics team. You will measure loyalty campaign ROI, analyze drivers of performance, and translate findings into clear business insights that inform commercial and operational decisions.

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience in performance/campaign analysis and dashboard development.
- Strong SQL, Python, statistics, and Power BI (DAX/data modelling) skills.
- Experience with Azure or cloud-based data environments preferred.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Measure and analyze campaign performance and ROI.
- Deliver analyses that support commercial proposals and client conversations.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests with structured, timely analyses.
- Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines on Azure.
- Contribute to AI‑served tooling and enterprise AI initiatives.
- Monitor production pipelines and reports; drive iterative improvements.
- Apply data governance standards in daily outputs.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and share best practices.
