Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Postdoctoral researcher to develop an LC-MS analytical platform for glycosylation analysis on intact biotherapeutics in Leiden, NL. You will lead data processing and interpretation within a collaborative team, driving translational studies from development through commercialization.

The ideal candidate holds a PhD in Analytical Chemistry or related field, with hands-on LC-MS experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of

Qualifications

PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
Hands-on LC-MS and data interpretation experience.
Excellent communication and collaboration.
Experience in publishing in peer-reviewed journals.

Responsibilities

Develop an LC-MS analytical workflow for glycosylation analysis on intact proteins for multiple biotherapeutics.
Set up a toolbox for predicting antibody function from manufacturing process parameters and quality attributes.
Collaborate across departments and with external academic partners to strengthen multidisciplinary work.
Publish results in scientific journals and present at international conferences.
