Nicolet National Bank is seeking a Post Closing Specialist I - Commercial/Ag to manage collateral risk for Commercial and Agricultural loans. Responsibilities include securing and tracking collateral, processing paid loans, and supporting post-closing tasks while ensuring compliance with laws and bank policies.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Secure and track collateral documentation including mortgages, UCC filings, final titles, and other related papers.
• Process paid loans by preparing paid in full letters and releasing collateral.
• Handle loan maintenance requests and other Post Closing tasks.
• Maintain compliance with laws and internal policies to uphold Nicolet’s standards.
• Promote diversity and inclusion and collaborate respectfully with colleagues across the organization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
