Beleggingspanden-Financiering.nl is looking for a Backoffice Employee in Hilversum to manage financing files from offer to signing at the notary. You will work closely with sales managers and maintain orderly documentation while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

You will request documents, liaise with appraisers, financiers, and notaries, and contribute to quality and reliability in a small, collaborative team.

Qualificações

• HBO working and thinking level; value on competencies over formal diploma.
• Digital literacy; able to use multiple systems and portals.
• Basic knowledge of financing or real estate is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn, enthusiasm and commitment are essential.
• A screening is part of the selection process.

• Handle financing files accurately from offer to notary and signing.
