Job summary

Mileway, Europe’s leading owner and manager of last-mile logistics real estate, invites a Portfolio Strategy Intern to join the Amsterdam team. You’ll support quarterly investor reporting and generate strategic insights for the C-Suite, collaborating with colleagues across borders.

You’ll work on Excel analyses and prepare materials for senior leadership, while learning in a dynamic, globally connected setting.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of Mileway’s quarterly investor reporting.

• Compile portfolio performance data and updates from multiple departments and offices.
• Analyze macroeconomic, peer, and real estate market data to generate strategic insights for leadership.
• Participate in ad-hoc and ongoing projects.

Are you a proactive, dynamic and driven student, ready to take the first step in your real estate career? We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic Portfolio Strategy Intern to join our team in Amsterdam. You’ll be part of a young and dynamic team, working alongside colleagues from all over the world. You’ll report to the Portfolio Strategy Manager and will be part of the team that creates Mileway’s quarterly investor reporting and related strategic insights for C-Suite and the Leadership team.

What you’ll do

• Support the preparation of Mileway’s quarterly investor reporting
• Assist with the maintenance of underlying Excel analyses to support periodic performance monitoring
• Help prepare analysis to enrich quarterly materials and support in-person presentations by senior executives
• Help compile portfolio performance data and business updates from Mileway colleagues across multiple departments and offices
• Support in the analysis of macroeconomic, peer and real estate market data to generate actionable strategic insights for Mileway’s leadership team
• Support in ad-hoc and ongoing projects

Good to Know Before You Apply

Unfortunately, we can’t provide visa sponsorship. You’ll need to have citizenship of the country where the role is based or EU citizenship.

This internship can’t be used as part of a thesis, and Mileway information can’t be used for academic work, even if the company name isn’t mentioned.

You’ll need to be enrolled at your University for the entire duration of the internship (around 6 months).
