Job summary

Mileway is seeking an enthusiastic intern for its AI Adoption Team in Amsterdam. You’ll help create engaging content, support webinars and internal events, and contribute to the AI community while learning about AI enablement.

The role offers hands-on experience in communications, content creation, and stakeholder collaboration within a fast-paced environment at Mileway’s Amsterdam office. This paid internship spans six months, with a hybrid in-office requirement.

About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative intern to join Mileway's AI Adoption Team. Our team helps colleagues across the business discover, learn, and confidently use AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot.

This is a hands‑on role where you'll help create engaging content, support webinars and internal events, contribute to our AI community, and help drive adoption across the organisation. You'll gain practical experience in communications, content creation, and AI enablement while working closely with a small, fast‑moving team.

• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Location: Amsterdam Hybrid, 3 days per week in‑office
• Team: You'll join a small team of four supporting Mileway's AI Adoption Programme

What You'll Do

AI Adoption

• Support the planning and execution of AI adoption initiatives.
• Coordinate communications related to AI tools, learning opportunities, and success stories.
• Assist in managing the AI Ambassador network and community engagement activities.

Learning & Communications

• Create engaging content for Viva Engage, SharePoint, newsletters, blogs, and internal communications.
• Support the organisation and promotion of webinars, workshops, video podcasts, and live learning sessions.
• Assist with presentation development, training materials, guides, and learning resources.
• Help maintain and continuously improve the AI Knowledge Hub.
• Conduct research on AI topics and emerging trends to support learning content and communications.

Who We're Looking For

• Currently studying at a university or higher education institution (any field of study).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Curious about AI and emerging technologies; no prior AI expertise is required.
• Creative, organised, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with others.
• Experience with content creation, video editing, social media, event coordination, or communications is a plus, but not required.
• A background or interest in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, IT, or Business is beneficial but not essential.

This internship can't be used as part of a thesis, and Mileway information can't be used for academic work, even if the company name isn't mentioned.

You’ll need to be enrolled at your University for the entire duration of the internship (around 6 months), getting credits out of this internship.
