Super is seeking a PMT - Release Engineering to own the product vision for tooling, platforms, and practices that improve reliability and developer productivity. You will drive end-to-end product development, translate customer workflows into technical requirements, and collaborate across Platform, Product, Security, and engineering teams to ship reliable releases.

The role focuses on end-to-end ownership, data-driven strategy, and continuously improving the SDLC.

Formación

• 5+ years in product management or technical programme roles, with platform/infrastructure experience.
• Strong background in software delivery lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to work with engineering teams on technical problems and translate into product decisions.
• Track record of delivering developer-facing platforms with measurable impact.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Release engineering.
• Understand engineering workflows and translate needs into clear requirements.
• Define and evolve the developer experience for shipping applications reliably.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to reduce friction and improve platform quality.
• Drive data‑driven decisions using KPIs like MTTR, cycle time, and release frequency.
• Balance short-term firefighting with long-term platform investments.
• Maintain a transparent backlog and align roadmap across stakeholders.
