Job summary

Damen Workboats is seeking a PMO Advisor to strengthen the Project Management Office and act as a trusted partner to project managers. You will help control planning, progress and integration across projects and at portfolio level, collaborating with international yards and supporting disciplines.

Key responsibilities include planning, progress reporting, SAP data integration, and portfolio management for multi-million projects.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in PMO support and/or project planning.
Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6.
Experience with SAP project structures and data integration.
Solid understanding of project management processes (Stage Gates, RACI, EVM, risk management).
Proficient in MS Office; basic knowledge of Power BI and AI tools (e.g. MS Copilot).
HBO/Bachelor or Master level, preferably in Engineering or Business Administration.
IPMA or PMI certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and control project schedules in Primavera P6.
Define baselines, progress updates and interfaces with SAP.
Collect progress input from internal and external stakeholders; prepare QTC(R) reports.
Create and manage project structures in SAP; safeguard data quality and interfaces with P6/SharePoint.
Support medium-sized and large projects (€5–75M) with scenario planning and portfolio reporting.
Contribute to standardisation of PMO processes, templates and reporting; support digital transformation.
