Job summary

OpenUp is expanding its New Ventures team in Amsterdam to scale the Preventive Medical Check (PMO) offering for employees. You will own the PMO project end-to-end, driving strategy, client commercials, and on-site execution with our lifestyle doctors and medical experts.

You will report to the Head of New Ventures and collaborate with Commercial, Product & Tech, and Expert teams. The role is based in Amsterdam with a hybrid setup and Dutch/English communication.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of working experience in a fast-moving environment (e.g., scale-up, consultancy).
• Able to deal with ambiguity and operate independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Highly structured: plan ahead, keep a clear overview of priorities across multiple clients and strategic projects, and flag blockers early.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills: close contact with clients and cross-team collaboration.
• Proactive: identify what needs doing and own from start to finish.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: spot opportunities from client feedback.
• Solid Excel skills for planning, pricing, and margins.
• Business-level Dutch & English; German is a plus.
• Willing to travel occasionally to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Own the 3-6 month PMO strategy for the on-site offering.
• Drive commercial growth: lead marketing and sales approaches with new clients.
• Head up end-to-end execution of on-site PMOs, including planning and logistics.
• Shape the offering by translating client feedback into product/process improvements.
• Build scalable PMO playbooks and collaborate with Recruitment to grow medical experts pool.
