Job summary

OpenUp is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Consultant to promote mental well‑being and deepen client relationships across HR, Sales and Customer Service teams. You will drive long‑term customer success, expand contracts, and champion value through data‑driven insights.

You’ll partner with executives and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment, adoption, and measurable ROI while maintaining OpenUp’s high‑touch, people‑centric approach. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in HR, Sales, Customer Service/Success or related role.
• Skilled in engaging with and influencing stakeholders at various levels.
• Fluent English and Dutch language skills are a must‑have.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Management: oversee health and growth of customer accounts.
• QBRs: conduct quarterly business reviews, show ROI and growth potential.
• Stakeholder Engagement: build relationships with executive sponsors and senior stakeholders.
• Customer Insights and Value Expansion: provide actionable insights and drive contract value.
• Collaboration with Teams: work with implementation consultants and support roles.
• Account Responsibility: take full ownership of customer accounts and success.
