Job summary

Mindray is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist for Northwest EU, covering the Netherlands and Sweden with frequent travel across Northwest Europe. You will support clinical value, perform product training, and collaborate with sales and service teams to drive Mindray PMLS growth.

The role requires a nursing or biomedical engineering background, fluency in English and local languages, and the ability to travel 40–50%.

Qualifications

• Nursing or Biomedical Engineering degree with clinical applications experience in Medical Devices.
• Fluent in local language and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel up to 40–50% of time.

Responsibilities

• Act as the clinical application and product expert for assigned PMLS modalities, helping healthcare professionals, customers and distributors understand and maximise the clinical and operational value of Mindray solutions.
• Partner with sales teams and distributors to support tenders and project opportunities through specification reviews, technical clarifications and value-based solution presentations.
• Plan and deliver product demonstrations, clinical evaluations and product trials in collaboration with hospitals, ensuring clear objectives and structured feedback.
• Coordinate and deliver clinical aspects of project implementation with hospitals, sales, service and distributor teams.
• Provide guidance on product configurations and clinical workflows across Operating Theatres, ICUs, EDs and General Wards.
• Deliver structured product and clinical training to healthcare professionals, distributors and internal teams.
• Contribute to clinical resources, case studies and white papers to strengthen customer education.
• Gather and analyze clinical requirements and feedback for modality teams to support improvements.
• Support exhibitions, conferences and workshops through clinical presentations and hands-on demonstrations.
• Identify and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders to strengthen Mindray’s credibility.
