Job summary

Workatbackbase is building a durable execution platform for enterprise workflow automation. This PM role owns strategic roadmap and execution for one pillar, blending technical ambition with customer reality to land complex platform products.

You'll lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, marketing, and sales, shaping MVP decisions, integration points, and no-code vs pro-code experiences to drive real user impact at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping complex infrastructure or platform products.
• Experience with enterprise workflow or automation systems.
• Products that span multiple user personas (business analysts, developers, operators).
• Zero-to-one launches and shaping initial product-market fit.

Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap for Workflows & Orchestration – what customers need, what moves the needle, what builds defensible value
• Make the hard calls: what ships in MVP, what is post-launch, what never ships
• Own the competitive positioning – position durable processes as a pillar of an integrated platform
• Shape both pro-code and no-code experiences – own SDKs, CLI, and visual editor consistency; documentation and learning paths
