Job summary

Siemens Software in Rotterdam, Netherlands, is seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead the evolution of Workflow orchestration within the Mendix platform. You will define and execute product strategies, align with the agentic enterprise vision, and drive value for enterprise customers.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, and customer success to prioritize roadmaps, measure KPIs, and ensure successful adoption of BPMN-compatible workflows and microflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience defining vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of business process orchestration and low-code platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Workflow orchestration.
• Develop and prioritize the product roadmap for workflows and microflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA to deliver features.
• Partner with sales and marketing to drive go-to-market strategies.
• Engage with customers to validate concepts and gather feedback.
• Monitor KPIs and use data-driven insights to optimize outcomes.
