Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional DevOps, platform, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
• IaC experience: Terraform, Pulumi, OpenTofu or equivalent, under version control.
• Cloud experience with portability across providers and container tooling.
• Owned CI/CD pipelines with automated checks and safe rollbacks.
• Security fundamentals: IAM, secrets, network basics for regulated data.
• Agentic AI workflow/tools usage in infrastructure (Claude Code, Cursor, Pi, opencode).
• Past incidents: ownership, fixes, and guardrails to prevent recurrence.

Responsibilities

• Own provider-agnostic infrastructure; enable portability across clouds.
• Own CI/CD pipelines from code to production with automation and guards.
• Build observability, logs, metrics, tracing, and on-call basics.
• Own security: access control, secrets, database hardening.
• Own IT/admin workflows: onboarding, offboarding, tooling access.
• Develop infrastructure agents and automations so the team self-serves.
