Job summary

Wellis Health is building a healthtech platform in the Netherlands and seeks to own the infrastructure, security, and platform. You will establish portable, cloud-agnostic infra and automation, moving toward self-serve provisioning while ensuring data protection for healthcare workloads.

The role spans infrastructure, security, and IT/platform admin, with a focus on automation and agent-based workflows to enable a small team to operate at scale.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing production infrastructure
• Strong fundamentals in infrastructure as code and automated provisioning
• Experience with multi-cloud environments and container orchestration

Responsibilities

• Define infrastructure as code to enable reproducibility and portability
• Own CI/CD pipelines and release engineering for safe deployments
• Build observability, reliability, and incident response foundations
• Own IAM, access control, secrets management, and database security
• Automate onboarding, offboarding, and team provisioning workflows
• Develop agent-based infra tooling and self-serve capabilities
