Job summary

Allianz Partners seeks an Engineering Manager (Infrastructure) to lead Platform Engineering, SRE, DevOps, and MLOps teams across the core platform and cloud infrastructure. You will drive reliability, governance, and scalable delivery, working with senior technical leaders on architecture while building a culture of ownership and growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience with leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering teams.
• Strong coaching, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms, IaC, CI/CD, and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Platform Engineering teams spanning Platform Engineering, SRE, DevOps, MLOps, Security Engineering, and Infrastructure Engineering.
• Drive hiring, onboarding, performance management, career development, talent retention, and succession planning.
• Partner with senior engineers to grow technical leaders and subject matter experts.
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and operational excellence.
