Job summary

La Fosse is seeking a Platform Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join a long-term project in Amsterdam.

You will build and maintain modern platform infrastructure, implement OpenShift-based workflows, and advance GitOps, CI/CD, automation, and reliable operations.

The role is hybrid with two onsite days per week and a potential permanent position after an initial 12-month contract.

Qualifications

• Experience with OpenShift and container platforms.
• Proven expertise in GitOps methodologies and tools.
• Experience in Platform Engineering and/or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure management.
• Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills.
• Dutch-speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain modern platform infrastructure.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and automation across the stack.
• Implement GitOps workflows and OpenShift-based solutions.
• Provide on-call support and proactive platform reliability improvements.

Key Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with OpenShift
• Proven expertise in GitOps methodologies and tools
• Experience in Platform Engineering and/or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure management
• Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills
• Dutch-speaking
• Location: 2 days per week onsite the rest remote
• Contract: Initial 12-month contract with the possibility of a permanent position thereafter
