Job summary

Doghouse Recruitment is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer for OpenShift platforms in Utrecht to stabilize and scale in-house environments. You will own monitoring, automation, and incident response, ensuring reliable services for multiple internal teams.

The role involves managing OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters, building CI/CD pipelines with Terraform and Ansible, and collaborating across Azure or AWS to improve security and compliance. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with OpenShift and/or Kubernetes.
• CI/CD pipelines with IaC tooling such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
• Dutch fluency or willingness to work in a Dutch-language environment.
• Proactive, service-oriented, and comfortable in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining all existing OpenShift platforms (5 clusters).
• Continuously developing new features, with a focus on monitoring and security.
• Expanding and improving Infrastructure as Code pipelines.
• Supporting development teams in using the platform.
