About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate customer‑specific Digital Sovereign Private Cloud implementations for government, defense, and public sector organizations. You'll work embedded within customer environments, delivering secure, compliant Red Hat OpenShift platforms while ensuring production stability and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

Design and operate customer‑specific OpenShift clusters and platform components. Implement platform configurations, integrations, and extensions using Infrastructure‑as‑Code and GitOps practices. Execute lifecycle activities including upgrades, patching, scaling, and certificate management. Troubleshoot complex cluster‑level, networking, and storage issues. Support incident response and collaborate with customer SREs to ensure reliable day‑2 operations.

What We're Looking For

Strong hands‑on experience with Red Hat OpenShift or enterprise Kubernetes platforms. Proven experience building production‑grade cloud‑native platforms. Solid knowledge of Linux systems, container runtimes, networking, and storage. Experience with Infrastructure‑as‑Code, automation, and GitOps. Strong troubleshooting skills in complex, distributed environments. Self‑driven team player with delivery focus. Fluent in English and Dutch.
