Job summary

Sprint and Partners in Amsterdam is seeking mid-level and senior Platform Engineers focused on Developer Experience. You will join a new team with global impact, building internal tooling and scalable platforms used by engineers worldwide.

You'll own improvements to CI/CD, deployment workflows, and developer tooling while collaborating with cross-functional teams to raise productivity and platform reliability.

Qualifications

• Solid software engineering experience in Platform Engineering or DevEx.
• Experience with CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and containerisation.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve internal developer platforms and self-service tooling.
• Optimise CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and deployment workflows.
• Work with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes.
• Improve developer workflows across backend and frontend environments.
• Support API ecosystems and enhance observability, automation, and reliability.
