Rabobank is seeking a Platform Engineer for Apache Airflow to build and operate a scalable cloud data platform. You will work with experienced engineers to manage services used by hundreds of development teams, resolve incidents, and enhance platform capabilities for reliable data workflows.

The role emphasizes production-ready code, Kubernetes in production, cloud-native architectures, and close collaboration with development teams within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Professional software development experience in Python or another object-oriented language, with production-grade code.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production, cloud-native architectures, and containerised apps.
• Experience with CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and supporting production systems in a DevOps setup.
• Customer-focused, with attention to development teams and platform users.
• Analytical, with a proactive, collaborative approach to incidents and changes.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate a secure, scalable cloud data platform for Rabobank.
