Platform Engineer

Duration: at least 3 months + extensions (1 year in total)

Contract: Freelance

Location: Arnhem

Worktype: Hybrid (1-2 days per week onsite)

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Knowledge of Azure networking in an enterprise environment
• Knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and deploying containerized applications
• Knowledge of container security patterns and container integration
• Experience with AKS combined with alternative secret management solutions (HashiCorp Vault)
• Knowledge of observability, preferably in combination with the Elastic Stack (Elastic, Kibana, Metricbeat, Logstash)
• Experience working with CI/CD solutions (Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, Jenkins) combined with GitOps (ArgoCD)
• Knowledge of Kafka integrations is a strong plus
• Ability to contribute to architecture design, implementation, and knowledge transfer within the team
