Responsibilities

  • Establish isogenic iPSC-derived myelinating organoids as a disease model.
  • Test AAV variants for effects on myelination and oligodendrocyte survival.
  • Use a mouse model to evaluate therapeutic potential in vivo.
  • Engage in network-wide training and secondments within POLARIS consortium.
