Job summary

Reforge Recruitment & Consultancy is assisting a fast-growing digital healthcare company in the Groningen region to recruit a BIG-registered pharmacist who wants to shape how pharmacy operations are built and scaled.

This role suits someone early in their career or recently qualified, with the mindset to innovate, build processes and take responsibility, including collaboration with operations, commercial teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• BIG-registered pharmacist, or eligible to obtain BIG registration in the Netherlands.
• Dutch and English speaking.
• Open to both recent graduates and more experienced pharmacists.
• Interested in innovation, digital health and operations.
• Ambitious, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility.
• Interested in building and improving processes.
• German language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the existing pharmacist and share pharmaceutical responsibility
• Support new services, partnerships and operational models
• Improve pharmacy operations, service levels and internal processes
• Work on projects around automation, capacity growth and innovation
• Translate pharmacy regulations into practical ways of working
• Work closely with operations, commercial teams and senior leadership

Job description

For a fast-growing digital healthcare company, we are looking for a BIG-registered pharmacist who wants to move beyond a traditional dispensing role and help shape how pharmacy operations are built and scaled.

This role could also be a great fit for someone early in their career. You do not need many years of experience. A recently qualified pharmacist with the right mindset, ambition and interest in innovation can absolutely be considered.

The position is based in the Groningen region, close to the German border, and regular presence at the pharmacy location is essential.
