Job summary

Progressive is seeking a Manager Maintenance Utilities to lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for the reliability and continuous improvement of all utility systems on site. You will ensure assets remain available, compliant, safe, and efficient to support pharmaceutical production.

You will manage maintenance strategies, budgets, and collaborations with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Operations while driving continuous improvement and KPIs across reliability and asset availability.

Qualifications

• Requires strong technical maintenance background in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Demonstrated leadership of multi-disciplinary teams to improve uptime.
• Experience balancing production needs with maintenance plans.
