Job summary

Panda International in Breda is seeking motivated professionals to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing team. Open to both junior and senior candidates with experience as a Manufacturing Process Technician, Operator, Production Operator, Packaging Operator, or Packing Operator.

Contract: 1 year, with a high possibility of extension. Shift schedule includes morning, afternoon, and night shifts, requiring flexibility and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing is preferred; motivated starters are encouraged.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Good English communication; Dutch is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and packaging/labeling equipment.
• Follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Carry out production activities to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Report deviations, technical issues, or safety concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in shift handovers.
