Job summary

Panda International is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Process Technician (2-Shift) in Breda to support production across automated, semi-automated, and manual lines, while upholding safety, quality and compliance.

The role requires 1-2 years in manufacturing, familiarity with SOPs and GMP environments, and strong teamwork and English communication. The position offers a 12-month contract with 2-shift rotation and a 16% shift allowance, plus a yearly bonus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience within pharmaceutical, GMP, or regulated environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with SOPs and quality-focused working practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work across different production lines and shift patterns.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Work closely with operators and team leaders to achieve production targets.
• Monitor processes and elevate issues when required.
• Participate in shift handovers and team activities.
• Complete all required training within agreed timelines.
